Furthermore, I apologize that you took those packages to FedEx to return as we do supply call tags and would have had FedEx come out and pick them up from your home. Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for leaving a review, and providing us feedback regarding your experience. That said, we are so sorry that you have not received the catheters you wanted as of yet. Unfortunately the catheters we are trying to order for you require very specific documents that we have not been able to obtain from your physician. Additionally, we are disappointed to hear that you get the impression that we think this is a joke as we take these matters and supplies very seriously and would never want any customer to feel that way. I do see that you have been in contact with our customer service team to get some supplies sent while we continue working to obtain the documents required for the other supplies. It is our sincere desire to provide you with 5-star customer service and I do apologize that we have fallen short of that goal. Dear Mr. Edwards, Thank you for this feedback. While I am unable to find you as a past customer to be able to see what may have occurred with your account specifically, I can share that we are required to follow an insurance company's legal contract, which stipulates the rates that we charge; therefore, we are unable to raise product costs simply to gain more revenue from customers. We would never do that, nor can we do that.
