Kellie
My only concern is sometimes the outside boxes the products are shipped in are damaged and partially unsealed. I’m sure this is more a delivery company issue. Otherwise I’m very satisfied with the quality, time of delivery etc.
Response from ABC MedicalSep 15, 2026
Hello Kellie, Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. We're pleased to hear that you're satisfied with the quality of our products, timely deliveries, and overall service. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of some of the shipping boxes upon arrival. While shipping carriers handle the delivery process, we understand how concerning it can be to receive packages that appear damaged or partially unsealed. Your comments are valuable, and we'll be sure to share them with the appropriate team as we continuously work to improve the customer experience. Thank you for choosing ABC Medical and for your continued trust. ABC Home Medical Supply Team
