Never get my orders on time and if I run out and there is bad weather there's nothing they can do. Also unavailable on weekends.

The condom cathethers and leg-bags that I am currently using are very helpful. I would like to get email or text reminders when it is time for re-orders. My re-orders are sometimes late because of lack of adequate reminders. When the prescription are about to expires, I don't get adequate warnings, causing very late refills and consequent inconvenience for me.

They sent my daughter recalled product and then refused to replace it. Catheters are a necessity my daughter, not a luxury!! It is not like I am asking them to replace a recalled ear bud or food product. Very disappointed in how they handled it......

When ever we order supplies we wind up waiting far too log for them to arrive. We have basically ran out of supplies twice prior to the order arriving. We have had to go online and order some stuff ourselves to get by until our order got there. We are unhappy and it's too stressful with feeling like we're "living on the edge" waiting for our supplies to get to us in a timely fashion.

These catheters are far inferior to the Lofric. Every third one seems to be obstructed causing a dribble, not a flow. Very very frustrating and a waste of material.

The delivery date changed twice before delivery. I live in CA and the items were shipped from TN. The has to be a vendor or warehouse on the west coast.

Too many boxes and paper packing are used to ship my medical supplies. My catheter supplies can be shipped using 1 (one) box, but for some reason, the shipping dept finds it necessary to use 2 (two) boxes.
