Go somewhere else! Spent 45min on the phone with them yesterday trying to figure out where my Catheters, that were ordered 9 days ago, were at. NO Catheters, NO Going to the bathroom for me! That I believe I have resolved, we shall see. Talked with the Supervisor and got nothing but excuses admitting they know there are problems and then telling me there is no problem if I was to use this system of theirs instead of the other system of theirs that they are gonna push out to all clients next month.Whoa hold on to your rears, next month gonna be a cluster f-'k for everyone getting their supplies!

There’s always a problem with abc medical. I’m forever being told different things from various customer service reps. Whenever I ask to speak to a supervisor supposedly they are never available. I have to call several times just to receive my catheters which are very much needed.

ABC took more than two weeks to reverify my insurance and ship needed products. ABC failed to list all prescribed products in its system after annual renewal of my prescription ABC customer service reps continue to confuse orders for my two permanent stomas, even now after two years. It is a constant struggle to deal with the less experienced reps. I am considering switching to another distributor.

When I ordered on June 26th I was told it would be sent immediately. Then after a week or so I called. Was told my prescription was expired. I had to make calls and try to get it updated. Ended up taking 17 days to get my order. If your staff would have notified me of the expired prescription after a couple days of no response from the Dr. I would have received my important order so much sooner. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Need to train your staff to follow up when an order doesn’t process after a couple days . Thank you, Lynn Ritacco

Every time I call I get a rude, very unpleasant person on the other end, that doesn't seem to want to do their job, show any compassion or courtesy and have no regard for how long it takes for someone to get their supplies. It's never been a pleasant experience. I'm constantly being pushed off to Hollister for samples due to their incompetence.
