Total chaos instead of total efficiency
I have been ordering supplies from ABC Medical for about 10 years and everything has been perfection until this last time to order. I was advised to get a doctor prescription in order to renew my order. They told me what i needed from the doctor which I was able to get. So , every time I had the doctor send the info, they said they needed more info. This went on over and over to the point that it took 3 1/2 weeks to finally get my order which came all the way from Tennessee clear across the country instead of the nearby where house which is only 35 min drive away. Due to the fact that this whole thing took 3 1/2 weeks and I had to go to my doctor for temporary supplies. ABC Medical said they would send a temporary supply, but that took a Whole week of sitting around there before it was sent out.
