Once transferred to the right department, the agent who took my concerns and situation worked seriously hard to resolve some unfortunate circumstances with my ordering doctor's office. She made sure that I received the special courtesy shipment, called me back to let me know the progress with my regular shipment and was friendly, kind and professional. The situation was very stressful for me but she eased my anxiety. I am deeply grateful for her help, and also for ABC that has supplied my needs for several years.

I've received everything I needed right on time. I had to have another 120 catheters and ABC Medical Supply called me to let me know they were sending them to me. They have done everything I needed. ABC Medical Supply is a Wonderful Company and I appreciate everything they have done.
