We have not had any problems with my husbands ostomy supplies.We are new to all of this.Started in April of this year.Your staff has been very helpful with everything thus far and I’m sure will continue to be.They say when the order will be shipped and we receive it usually within 2 days after being shipped.

They were right on top of all my orders, from the 1st to the 3rd. Answers the phone right away as well!! And when I needed it rushed, it arrived in 2 days. I hope I don't need ostomy supplies ever again, but if I do they will be first on my list to call!

The last two shipments I have received (which came UPS), the boxes were nearly completely destroyed, the contents were smashed, and both times the box of lubricant / deodorizer was missing.
