The associate, Carlos, phoned and was most professional, helpful and friendly regarding my re-order. He went on to explain that my original product was not available nor was the manufacturer able to give a time when he would be. He went out of his way to locate a comparable device and had it shipped. It was at my residence the next day. Thank you Carlos and ABC for being there when needed and with exceptional service.
