The representative treated me like a…I was worth communication! Since I stay away from people because of the embarrassment of the colostomy. I have no quality of life.
The representative treated me like a person not just a customer. It is so nice when people actually have a conversation. It is sad enough having to deal with colostomy supplies. I never expected my doctor to refuse to reverse the colostomy. When he said he would when I got home. Then he said oh you are too over weight. I officially dislike lying doctors that destroy lives because they have a god complex.
