I am truly happy with the service that ABC Medical has provided me. After having Illiostomy surgery I was so scared of all the preparations that I was gonna have to get used to with my new appliances. ABC Medical made my transition so easy. They were kind and understanding with all my questions regarding my new medical situation. I am forever grateful for all the help that ABC Medical has provided me throughout years after my surgery, and even at times that I've forgotten my supplies while away from home. I always get great service and great products from ABC medical. All that I need is right on schedule every time. If there are any issues with scheduled deliveries or products, it is handled in a timely manner.

They do exactly what they say! Order supplies, they promptly ship them out. No worries. They send reminders and call if necessary. Great customer service.

We have not had a problem as of yet. Our order is fill completely and to us in the time that it is said it'll be. I really like the convince of the automatic refill. I dont like yhat its difficult to get a person on the phone when you have a question
