This company is the best I’ve ever encountered. Front day 1 till now Danielle has been extremely attentive to the things my son needed. She never missed a call an email nor a message. She is the absolute best. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Pam and Jerry which were just as pleasant. That tea or coffee they drink to start their day needs to be given to most of these companies to show how real customer care is. You guys rock and you truly made this process pleasant and quick. This company has been nothing but fantastic to me. I had a stroke in my Spine on 09/05/23. That left me with the need for Catheters. They are on it. They know exactly when my supplies are running low and call me. Yesenia in the Billing Dept is as sweet as she can be. Knowledgeable, quick to respond and she listened to what I needed. They bend over backwards to help with anything.
