Overall I’m very happy with my experience. There is one issue I have which the representative says that if my insurance doesn’t cover the cost of the catheters that I am responsible. I would hope that if my insurance has an issue that someone would reach out to me prior to you sending out my order . The representative couldn't and wouldn’t answer my rebuttal to that statement and we went back and forth before I said I didn’t accept that term . Please work this issue out and figure a re wording for your reps so the customer doesn’t have to go back and forth with the rep . Thank you .

Th product and service is great, the shipping packaging, not so much...
The product and service is great. My only concern was the shipping package which was 6 -8 times larger than the product received, which was then packed full of plastic to protect the product. My greatest concern was the wasteful nature of the packaging and plastic packing materials.
