With that said, I can appreciate your desire to no longer receive invitations to participate in surveys from ABC Medical. We do have 2 surveys that go out to customers. One is a TrustPilot review opportunity (which is a simple request to offer a 1 to 5 star review), and then a 2-3 minute survey asking specific questions on your experience with ABC. I have removed you from the latter survey so you will no longer receive those emails. As for Trustpilot, they make it a bit more challenging. Because it is a public site, you as the customer have to Opt Out at the bottom of the email you received from them. However, I was able to change a setting so that you do not receive another TrustPilot review email for the next 9 months. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you!
