Supplies are good and were on time

ABC Medical is customer-oriented and very responsive to urgent calls for service. I would have given them five stars, but they “dropped the ball”, failing to tell me my doctor had a “paperwork” issue, holding up my order. I needed to get in touch with my care team to insure a just-in-time delivery. ABC Medical sent me a sample supply to cover for any delays, for which I am grateful.

Upon receiving a phone call from one of your ABC Medical associates we discovered that you had none of my product on hand. I told your associate that I had previously received an order from Nashville, Tenn, and asked her to check there. She located the product and had it shipped from Nashville. If I hadn't mentioned Nashville I might have had to deal with a substitute product as I have previously. I would expect that there is a convenient list of warehouses of Medical products for your enthusiastic associates to locate various items. Best regards, George Hotz

My experience involved multiple telephone calls. My first call preceded ABC Medical receiving my doctor's order to change catheters from a straight tip to a coude tip. It was a general discussion. In my second call (1) my doctor's oder was received and (2) it was not clear whether I should send any of my catheters back. In my third call the focus was on my running low on supplies with a coude tip and the agent agreed to send me Cure coude tip catheters to tide me over - two boxes worth - until the insurance issues could be resolved. Once the insurance issue was resolved, I was sent a case of 300 catheters was sent. Later I would clarify that ABC Medical wanted my unopened case of Coloplast catheters sent back via FedEx with a label sent to me by email. ABC Medical has my correct email address but something went wrong at my end or yours. I checked both my Inbox and Spam folders and did not find the email. I called again about not finding the above email and a second email was sent. I received that email and another phone call by Carlos to confirm receipt of the second email. (This summary is too orderly and does not show my concern over running out of catheters before the replacements arrived and the determination of exactly what I was shipping back, ie the unopened case or any additional loose catheters. For your information, the loose catheters will be given to my urologist. I find ABC Medical staff to be very professional; maybe my anxiety caused and lack of thoroughness led to my confusion about the details over the multiple phone calls. Hopefully this is helpful at your end.
