Their customer service is great. They have depts. for my needs and I never talk to a AI or recording. They answer the phone and direct me to the correct dept. They are courteous and compassionate. They see that my supplies get to me in a timely manner.

When we was short on supplies. They provided me with an emergency supply. Until my supply was going through the approval process. No company has ever done that before.

I have been having this company for the last 7 or 8 years. They have been amazing. From getting insurance to approve a longer catheter because of issues I was having to just overall customer service being amazing. I have yet to talk to someone that couldn't help or point me in the right direction of someone who could. I once had a box come and almost all of of the batteries were damaged. I sent in pictures and the very next day I had a new order.
