With having to change doctors my prescription for my catheters was not responded to efficiently enough. When I called ABC to check on my prescription you were kind enough to send me some samples until you were able to get the prescription approval and when it was finally received you expedited the shipment and I received it the next day. Great service and empathy towards your customers Thank you
