Overall we have had a great experience with ABC Medical. We have been using them for a little over two years now. Only when my son’s prescription renewed did we have issues with their process. They were provided with his new doctor’s information to send the paperwork to a month before it expired, and really just drop the ball and it took what seemed like forever to get it and get his order back on track. I believe at least two months after it expired. I will just make sure I stay on top of it more next time. Reordering each month is very seamless. Our insurance is great at responding to them when they need something for the order each month, so that helps, too.

Team was helpful in resolving this issue and work through finding out what was needed to resolve the situation.

Texting for notice of refill works well. Delivery timing is acceptable and consistent.

I can get my catheters in good time each month. And I do not have to call them in, they automatically remind me when to order more supplies.

Reorder calls are somewhat sporadic but otherwise everything is great.

Well, I’ve been with ABC medical for a long time and you just have to get used to out of stocks when Covid hit all the sterile water went to the hospitals. Nothing went to at home patients which is wrong but they do a good job. Take him a little while to get the product to me you know like a week, but that’s why I try to order ahead of time to where I don’t run out but they’ve been OK.
