Dear Carlton, thank you for taking the time to leave your review; although I am sorry that you received less than satisfactory service. I looked into your situation and I can easily see why you might be frustrated. Totally understandable. I would have been, too, if I were you. In looking at your account, it does show that your sample products were shipped, so our reps were probably giving their honest opinion (as the samples were scheduled to ship from the product manufacturer); however, it is clear that you didn't receive them, so they were either lost in transit or never sent by the manufacturer. Either way, you were left without product and that is unacceptable. Your situation has prompted an internal review of how to avoid this situation in the future. Dear Anita, thank you for your review, even though I wish we could earn a higher star! But I do get the frustration with encountering your husband's necessary products being out-of-stock. It is a frustration for us, as well, as when we are out-of-stock it means the manufacturer is out-of-stock.
