They own the company ALLE.com and they literally STEAL money out of your account without notifying you. I had $300 in gift cards on my account and suddenly $100 disappeared without any notification. When I called the company, a customer service agent who could barely speak English told me that I woud be receiving a letter re: lost property because I didn't use my gift cards. When I asked her what address they were using she told me they didn't have one for me. THIEVES!

It used to be that Abbvie would call me to refill my biologic. Then ship it out the next day. The drug would be left on my doorstep in a box loaded with freezer packs. Now, they don’t call, ship whenever they want and need a call 2 weeks prior to injection. FedEx now requires a signature and like the cable guy, 4-5 hour window. What happened Abbvie? You used to be a service oriented provider, now not so much.

Horrible product. Horrible commercials.

Trying to get reimbursed for infusions. Today had to call three time to get hung up on twice the third time I got a snotty rep. With an attitude. Never seem to send the correct paperwork to them. ALL for an infusion they require and tell you that they will help cover. For two months, ten phone calls and still nothing.

I'm not sure the person working on my file was literate. I had an issue where my family doctor never bothered to record the dosage for a couple old prescriptions (I had info for 2 others) - this was like 20 years ago I was on them - the pharmacy didn't have it, I tried all avenues I could. So I asked, is there a workaround for this or do I need to go back to the doctor? "That's great, looks like we are just missing dosages for x." I know, I told you they are missing, can we work with this or no? Can we insert standard dosages or do I go back to my doctor?? Silence. I spent THREE MONTHS following up and the person or chatbot answering the emails could not grasp I did not have access to that info, either not responding at all or responding 'hi so we're just missing the dosages." I could understand if I couldn't move forward but to not comprehend what I was even asking when it was so basic?? They couldn't grasp anything until I phoned in formal complaints and by that point I was so exhausted I went back to my doctor to try another medicine that didn't involve these failures. They delayed my care months for no reason.

When I started with them over a year ago. They gave me a hard time. I sent them my taxes. Then claimed I made 130,000.00 a year. Because one of their brain surgeons. Googled me to get that info. When they had my taxes. I had no job for 3 years. Second contract. Got all their info asked. Then said insurance will cover it. Haha If deductible is not made 573.00 per month. If Deductible is made 520.00 a month. With the pin heads that working there at AbbVia. Could they afford any of those amounts. Their commercial says: If you can afford it. We will help. They don't. And CS was a joke. They told me to fill out a form for my outstanding medical bills. I have none. I wait until its free. But still in my case. I can't afford the over 500.00 a month for the medication. In my case they took my life in their hands. Over medication to poop.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with AbbVie’s patient support. Communication has been inconsistent and unreliable, and after weeks of trying to coordinate my prescription through their system, I ultimately had to contact the pharmacy myself and pay out of pocket to get my medication on time (over a thousand dollars - as they couldn’t resolve the seemingly simple task of attaching my benefits to provider to the system) The process has been confusing and poorly managed, creating unnecessary stress and extra admin work. My doctor even mentioned that other patients have had similar issues, which is concerning. I hope AbbVie takes this feedback seriously and improves their support process—especially for patients managing serious conditions who need timely and reliable care.
