Ordered a pair of glasses on January 18th, a month later glasses haven't arrived yet. That's all I need to say.

I loved how easy it was to find and order glasses I love despite the huge selection. It was easy to narrow down the options to my perfect pair. Ordering was easy and checking back on the status was simple as well. I love the glasses which seem to be very high quality for a very inexpensive price. Love the fit, the comfort, and the prescription is perfect. This is my 2nd order, and I've been pleased both times. I highly recommend Abbe glasses!

First experience with Abbe, 'skeptical' understates my original buyer's expectation. I ordered two amazing single vision frames for an unbelievably affordable price... And they actually arrived!!

ordered one pair of glasses from them and it was ok theyre cheap what do you expect, broke the frame part went to order another pair said one left in stock i ordered the last one. i watched it go out of stock, come day later theyre emailing me telling me to pick a new frame its out of stock. didn't say when it was gonna be back in didn't give a option of any similars didnt give a option to a fully choose a different pair that would be the same price (im not picking a new pair and paying more for that pair i dont want) so i asked why it says its out of stock when i am the one that bought the last pair ect ect told them if its out now, then cancel it. so i got back "fine its canceled" now another day later the things are back in stock! now id love to know why they didnt just put it on hold tell the date theyll be back in and let me choose seeing as i had to wait 15 some days for shipping or pay 25$ for a faster date. i dont have the patience for this kinda thing, i ordered the last pair then to be told theyre out of stock just pick a different one?? nah.

My first order went well for a trial order of two glasses, but my second order of five glasses has still yet to be rectified after months of emails, and the last few have received zero response. Two glasses were supposed to have a light pink tint to be used as sun shades but they do not have any visible color to them, they appear exactly like the clear lenses. They failed to send an actual picture of the three shades of their pink color lenses as I requested, even though they requested a picture of the questionable glasses which I did provide to them. They did not replace glasses nor offer any compensation or credit therefore I do not recommend this company, especially if you intend to order tinted lenses.
