I ordered sunglasses they did not come just got regular pair

My order was placed 27th of July, 2023 Received a shipment email 29th of July, 2023 I received my order 7th of August, 2023. 10 Days from start to finish isn’t too bad. Especially considering I live in the U.S. I love my new glasses! They’re even prettier than the photo online could capture. Up until this past month, I’ve never ordered glasses online for myself. I’ve had friends recommend it but I was so worried about all of the what if’s. My prescription lens were made perfectly. The thickness of the lens was just fine for not springing for the most advanced lens and I have a strong Rx. They’re lightweight glasses but sturdy. This being my first order and everything being great, I can’t speak on customer service. If I should have a reason to contact customer support in the future or for a future order, I’ll update my review. Aside from that, all I can say for now is that my experience has been top notch and I will order from Abbe Glasses again.

excellent service

So happy with my new glasses. My prescription is correct and the frames are so cute. 🤓 I was worried about ordering progressive lenses online but they were just right out of the box. They got here in two weeks too!

We love the glasses. I've ordered 3 different times. Problem is they come from China and someone has messed up the address label each time causing me to have to track down the package. This makes it very difficult to want to order again.

Amazing glasses for a great low price. Great quality, 100% best place to get rx glasses and sunglasses.

These are the best deals on glasses and my shipping was only 7 days. I love these glasses and I will definitely be purchasing more.

Love that I can choose from all Different styles and sizes and that I’m able to put my prescription in.
