Super Shady - won't allow you to Unsubscribe. Had issues over the past week where they won't allow you to unsubscribe, and they keep emailing you. I've even sent them an email and a chat message on their site - they say they will, but never seem to! Would exercise caution as who knows what they're like if they'll do this stuff :S

Always gave great reviews until I had to return a pair of eyeglasses. They stalled and stalled then finally gave an address to return them to but as of today still no refund. I have purchased numerous pairs of glasses for myself and family and left great reviews. Made it right, thank you ABBE.

Very nice glasses

I placed 4 orders—5 pairs of 80% yellow-tinted lenses, 2 of them polarized lenses—in early July. All of them were not 80% yellow as ordered. After several messages, mostly ignored, although I provided high-resolution pictures, I finally received corrected 80% yellow on 1 order (OD42552) with 2 pairs on 9/14/23. The rest of 3 pairs from orders OD42552, OD42513, and OD42556 are ignored. Please correct them ASAP. If there are delays, you should keep informed of the reasons instead of ignoring them and hoping to go away. It has been over 2 months of these orders! For the record, I purchased 35 pairs between ~ 4/15/22 and 7/15/23. Probably not anymore!! The last response on 9/6/23 11:35 PM abbe glasses wrote was: "The tint percentage for most 80% yellow had a problem, they were not dark enough and production team didn’t notice. We are in a process of making replacement for all order we received during July. Sincerely, ABBE Glasses Customer Service"
