I spoke to Liz on the phone, to find out if I was qualified to do business with Abacus Life Settlements. While I did not qualify for the program, Liz took the time to explain everything to me, and answered all questions I had,in a friendly and professional manner.

Let me begin by saying I did not accept the final offer so I am not someone with a large check in hand to bias my review. John Aldridge was just amazingly patient and informative as he negotiated a rather complex policy. When the final offer was quite low he went to great lengths to explain the reasoning and actuarial calculations that went into it. I am not happy that I received no money but I must be honest that the attention to detail and service at Abacus was excellent.

John Aldridge and his team were great. I actually got more money than my target goal and all of them were professional, pleasant and honest! I highly recommend Abacus when it’s time for you to sell your life insurance policy!

Fiona is exceptional and a consummate professional. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Just on our experience with Fiona we would be inclined to work with Abacus!
