Aanya LinenReviews of aanyalinen.com

They facilitated the exchange quickly and efficiently. I was able to donate rather than return a large comforter. This made the process very easy. I am very pleased with my new comforter. It is of high quality and the great color.

We had ordered a single fiitted king sheet, and it was our 2nd order because we liked the quality of the first one. We washed it once and put it back on the bed. The next day, a corner seem opened up. We notified Aanya about the issue and a replacement was promptly sent to us next day air freight. You know, a company shouldn't be judged when things are going really well. What is more important is, what sort of integrity do they show when an unforeseen problem happens? We very-much appreciate Aanya for stepping up and doing the right thing. Thank You!

Great product, I am so impressed. Very quick turn around from when I ordered to receiving my items. Customer service was great. I just could not be happier with Aanya Linens.

e have had these terrible sheets for 2 months and now they are pilling. $200 down the drain. Buy cheap you get cheap. Terrible measurements and promises to fix it then you never get a new set in the mail! Scratchy sheets! Beware!!

Anya Linen provided a great quality product and was very understanding and helpful when I decided that I wanted a different color. They took care of everything I recommend doing business with this company and I will continue to do so

DO NOT order from Aanya Linens. The website states that they have a "no questions asked" return policy, but when you try to initiate a return, you get into one of those day's long email loops. They reply once a day with another attempt to delay or discourage your return. I am on day 4 and still no return authorization. I am sick of the hassle and going to initiate a charge back with my credit card company. The reason for the return, by the way, is poor quality and a horrible chemical smell that will not go away.

The worst sheets ever. They end up with hard lint balls after a short time and the company refuses to take them back.

I ordered a purple duvet cover and could not be happier! Not only is the color stunning!, but the attention to detail is impeccable. The zipper is double ended, very sturdy and the opening made using a duvet a breeze. And the straps to hold your comforter are generous and wonderfully soft and thick. The feel and weight of the duvet are perfect for me, I prefer the organically cotton feel, slight weight and luxury feel of this duvet. I love my beautiful duvet and sleeping in it is the coziest hiding spot just for me, lol. The pillow shams are just as lovely with wide openings, well stitched and color continuity with the duvet. Delivery was quick and I highly recommend Aanya Linen!
