Their jewelry is highly questionable at best, and fake at worst. Bought several pieces from them including a ruby and emerald piece which came with an "appraisal" document that states that the gems were in fact ruby, emerald, etc. However, upon receiving them, the gems are not actually corundum, beryl, etc. They are CZ imitations. When I emailed them about it, they didn't respond. I also bought some lab diamonds, and upon having them tested, came back as Moissanite. Turns out the "lab" that appraises and identifies the pieces is owned by them as well and has no real verifiable information to prove authenticity. I would not be surprised if other "genuine" items they sell are also fakes. DO NOT TRUST THEIR "APPRAISALS". They are intentionally misleading people.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from AA Bids / Assured Asset Exchange. I purchased pearls through their auction and never received them. I filed a claim regarding the missing shipment, but UPS has repeatedly told me that the SENDER must contact UPS and handle the claim. I have contacted AA Bids seeking either my merchandise or a refund, and I still have neither. As the customer, I paid for an item that I never received. I should not be stuck going back and forth with UPS when UPS is specifically telling me that the shipper needs to handle the claim. At this point, AA Bids has my money, I do not have the pearls I purchased, and the shipping claim has not been resolved. I expect AA Bids to work directly with UPS and either locate and deliver my purchase or refund the full amount I paid. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not purchase from this company again unless they resolve this matter.

Horrible company scam artist. I would not spend a quarter with this company

This company is a total scam tell me how the same person can win every bid on their site out of a 100 items i looked at the same person was winning 95 of them. Total scam artist

Bidders beware Items were not as described. I realize that they were 1957 Red seal $1, $2, and $5 paper money set but these looked like they were printed in the 1800's. Dingy looking and not worth having in a collection. Faded and wrinkly. You lost a customer for life.

What I thought I was buying is a sign print of a Andy Warhol painting and I asked them is it real they assured me it was !!!!! FAKE , FAKE , FAKE I took it to a Andy Warhol painting gallery and they laughed at it DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THESE GUYs tryed to get back my money they never returned my call never again guys
