DO not use this service. The exam formality and requirements are just stupid. They waste time for any number of reasons I was using my husband's office. they had me show them everything on the table and had me remove all the papers, cables, phones, clocks, chargers, everything. Their proctors are in a different country and their IT setup is much lower quality than ours. After I paid for the course and they verified my laptop was ready to go, many problems surfaced. When the time came to work with a proctor, they said they can’t hear me. Nothing wrong with my mic, but still I had to change my laptops 3 times. Then the exam start time passed and they charged me the fee again. And as I said, before they administer the exam, they had me rearrange everything on my husband’s office desk. I asked them several times why the papers and the calendar and reports on my husband’s work desk are important for this test? There was no answer, just saying this is our rule. Well, it’s a poorly designed rule, totally irrelevant to this exam. They are constantly monitoring me on the camera, what am I going to do with some paper in the corner of the desk? They had me show them the entire surface of the desk many times before allowing me to take the exam. In summary, this is a bad company with a terrible operation, poorly designed procedures and terrible execution, designed to waste your time and put more money in their pocket. Find an alternative. Avoid this company.
