I fell victim to their websites all 5 star ratings and thankfully did not use them. They took 24 hours to respond to my call and immediately pawned me off to a very disorganized dumpster fire of a transport company called carlos shipping. They sent me a unofficial quote and when I called to set up shipping and get more information they failed to respond to my emails and phone calls as if I was trying to collect money from them, unbelievably bad customer service. I used another company and will write them an excellent review after this. Avoid A-1 at all costs and don't believe the hype on their website.

Just spoke to a Tony Taylor from this company and he was absolutely disgusting. He provided me no help at all and actually hung up on me. Would not recommend this company at all with people like this guy working for them. The driver was great. He kept. We informed about pickup and delivery in a timely manner. He was very thorough with his inspection at pick up, friendly and courteous. I would use this company and driver again hands down!!
