I don’t usually write reviews but this one deserves it. I had been debating whether to build a deck myself or hire someone and then I stumbled on A-DIY. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. The entire process was simple. I placed the order and got the kit about a week and a half later. Everything came in a secure, organized case. no mess, no missing parts. I’m not super handy but the instructions were clear and the pieces were perfectly cut. It really does feel like putting together a giant LEGO set. I ended up doing most of it on my own over the weekend and didn’t need any special tools beyond my drill. What really impressed me was the customer service. I had a quick question during assembly and someone got back to me almost immediately with a helpful response. You don’t see that kind of support often. The finished product looks amazing. I ordered the 12 x 16 pressure treated deck and it feels solid, professional, and way more expensive than what I paid. Friends and family have already complimented it and I’ve caught myself just standing outside admiring it. If you're on the fence, don’t be. This is the easiest, most satisfying project I’ve taken on in years.
