First off, the items that I ordered and paid for did not all arrive. Out of 5 items ordered, two arrived, and the other three never showed up. I have emailed 5 times, and the only response I received was "do I want a refund". I want the items I ordered and answers to my questions, which never come. Now I do want my money back. Happy to provide my invoice number and any other details needed.

I have been trying to return this item. On Sep 23, 2025, at 11:58 AM, Nancy LaCroix My order # is nine-323732 I ordered a Boston Sport Teams Boston Strong Custom Whiskey Bottle - Maker’s Mark. This product is a piece of junk and the description of the item was misleading. Why would I need to choose what whiskey I want when it does not come with the whiskey in the bottle? The decal is missing half the basketball and one of the red socks is blue. Also a piece of the patriots hat is missing. I would like to know how to return this item and receive a refund. Ordered a Boston Sports Whiskey bottle on Aug 6th for $52. Received a tracking # on September 18th. Received another email on Oct 8th asking how I liked my order. I never received it and the tracking shows it was delivered back to the original sender after a long 7 day Journey in NY. The button in email to provide feedback led me here. Not to a customer service or company email. Based on other reviews and the fact everything has felt very off since the beginning feels like I've been scammed. Never order from these guys.

What I was promised is not what I got. The pictures were of different liquors in glass bottles with different tops. What I got was five plastic purple bottles with plastic tops. I’m very unhappy and I will never order from you again. Anybody who reads this do not order from this company?
