9D BREATHWORKReviews of 9dbreathwork.com

Loved this 9D Breathwork session, I was able to reach deep level of inner peace, I particularly loved the last part , I was led right into my meditation , I stayed with it and was able to go deeper into a connection with the divine energy than I have experienced before. Definitely a practice to incorporate into my daily spiritual journey. Thank you @briankelly.

Pleasantly surprised. These practices can be transformational .

Having tried numerous types of breathing techniques with little success, I almost ignored this one too. I kinda thought I'd seen or heard of em all at this stage. Very glad I clicked the link. This is different, it goes deep quickly, releasing stuff you might not even have words for. Very powerful, would highly recommend

I recently experienced a 9D Breathwork session, and I genuinely found it to be a fantastic experience. The combination of guided breathwork, music, changing sound, and breath holds made the entire session deeply immersive and engaging. What I particularly enjoyed was how the music and breathing worked together to help me switch off from everything else and become fully present in the experience. The different breathing patterns and breath holds made it both challenging and rewarding, and the session felt like much more than simply sitting down and doing a breathing exercise. By the end, I felt refreshed, relaxed and mentally lighter. It was a unique experience, very well put together, and I would definitely recommend giving it a try to anyone curious about breathwork or looking to experience something different.

I love it! Professionally done, well thought through, Brian guides you through the process of learning breathing techniques. He really connects well, explaining the experience, what to expect, and all the benefits. I just completed the 5 day challenge, and I recommend it to everyone. Stick with it, the fifth session is the most amazing!

What is on offer is authentic and profoundly helpful. The Community is super supportive and compassionate. The programme is creatively curated and brings genuine benefits with no hint of costs or charges - its all completely free, although the advanced programme to go further would no doubt entail what I suspect would be entirely reasonable costs. I highly recommend the 9D Breathwork Community.

I just completed the 5 days reset! There were feelings i could never quite reach 9D breathworks cracked it wide open!! Tommorow i will start the 7 day challenge. Thank you verry much for this gift to mankind.
