My experience with 9D. I felt very well supported right from the get go. The training was well set up and well thought out. The 9D crew are very friendly, queries are always answered in a more than satisfactory time frame. I felt encouraged all the way and i know none of this will stop whilst I am a member of the 8D whaanau🥰 Finally I want to give a special mention to Shell for her wonderful encouragement when I was in her practice labs. Also to Jessica, Jessica went above and beyond, I had used some te reo kupu (maaori languagecwords) when I read my facilitation approval meeting summery email Jessica had taken the time to use the same words and had fond the translations as well, that show that each individual of the 9D family is valued for their uniqueness and that they are truly listened too. I just completed my first 10-minute session with 90 Breathwork, and I honestly felt really good at the end of it. It was simple, calming, and easy to follow, and I loved that I could just get comfortable and do it from home. It’s only my first session, but I’m already looking forward to continuing and seeing how I feel as I make this part of my routine. ❤️

I have struggled with regulating my nervous system, which was constantly stuck in fight, flight, or freeze mode. In the beginning, I could only breathe into my chest, quite rapidly. But with persistence, I’ve learned to breathe all the way down into my stomach, and I truly believe this has had a huge impact on how calm my nervous system is now. I’ve become better at regulating myself, and I’m also able to do it more quickly. I didn’t lose anything by trying 9D. If anything, I’ve gained a community that catches me when I need it. It’s so beautiful, and I’m incredibly grateful for what we can create and share together. ❤️

9D Breathwork has changed my life both personally and professionally. I'm proof it's never too late to change your life. On my 69th birthday I packed my car, leaving a very comfortable life, a good job, wonderful friends, family and community in Oregon to move to Utah where I only knew one person, to build a new life and new business with 9D Breathwork. My personal breathwork practice helped me overcome limiting beliefs about "I'm too old, not good enough", fear, and doubt, giving me the courage to go on this new adventure. Being a 9D facilitator has grown me in so many ways - coming out of the shadows and into the light. I am so grateful I have this medicine I can offer people to quickly and effectively come into the truth of who they really are and live a life they love.

9D breathwork is an amazing experience. The first time I ever tried one of the sessions I was amazed at how relaxed I felt and really in tune with my breathing during the experience. Brian is fantastic at guiding you through the session and is very knowlegable. I can highly recommend this! 👏

One of the most powerful things I’ve learned through 9D Breathwork is this: Breathing happens unconsciously, yet I can also consciously take control of it. And for me, that is huge. Through my breath, I’m beginning to see what is happening beneath the surface — patterns, emotions, and parts of myself I wasn’t fully aware of before. I don’t always need to understand or fix everything. Sometimes, just seeing it is enough.

The people in this community is just so supportive and loving. I don't understand how that's possible in the world we live in, but they treat you with sweet love, not the tough love, which i really think is needed sometimes. I was 5 minutes in on the breathwork and i started feeling my hand buzzing like crazy. never in my life experienced that. I initially thought something was wrong but apparently it's part of resetting the nervous system I found that when i stand up and do the day 1 exercise, standing in good posture feels so easy I'm only a few days in, so I can't say it's changed my life yet perse but i definitely feel some kind of shift, like somethings different. There's this feeling of hope
