The company is easy to work has great communication skills I enjoyed working with Maggie what a great employee she is She understood everything I was going Thu and what goals were and did here best to help me I’m sad to leave 9am health but the company could only help so far my body requires a different medication that you could not help with. But 9am did it’s best to help me keep my numbers down below or at 250 range I just needed more

To say these guys saved my life is only slightly extreme. I had high cholesterol (even while not eating the foods that cause high cholesterol). My Dr. did not believe me when I told him I was not eating the foods that caused high cholesterol. It's called genetics. I highly recommend 9 am to anybody wanting to take their healthcare into their own hands and have some control.

Getting started was incredibly easy, and the health plans are so affordable! The care team is knowledgeable, attentive, and quick to respond. I always felt like I was talking to someone who knew their stuff, and that they cared. Getting prescriptions was fast and easy, as was getting labs done (a third party company called Scarlet Health came right to my house for blood and urine, it took less than 15 minutes). This is a great option if you don't have insurance or if you're having trouble getting care through a GP. Can't recommend it enough.

I was very impressed with 9AM Health. I lost my insurance but needed my diabetic meds. 9AM sent me my meds and sent a lab tech to my house no extra charge. The low monthly charge covers everything and costs a fraction of what health insurance costs. Not a health insurance but an option for those of us who are diabetic and can't afford health insurance

In June 2022 when I moved cross country and did not have a PCP yet, I researched online and identified 9 am Health as a possible partner in my Type II diabetes management journey. While I've written a review before, I'm writing an updated one now because 9 am Health continues to have my trust in 2023. Here are some more reasons why I trust 9 am Health professionals with my health: 1. They are immediately responsive to all questions I have from medical to technical. For instance, this morning, I had an issue downloading the lab order. The Patient Care Advocate immediately sent it to me via email. 2. I had the option of going to a physical lab or having a GetLab phlebotomist come to my home. This phlebotomist receives a 5 star rating from me! He is a vein whisperer. Techs typically take a while to locate my shy veins. One glance at my arm and he commented: I already see one. His warm and engaging professionalism immediately put me at ease. 3. The Diabetes Care Specialist actively listens and responds with thoughtful feedback regarding gains and strategies tailored to my specific situation. For instance, I am a visual learner. She immediately sent me visual guides regarding food portions and choices that I quickly printed out and put on my fridge as visual reminders. As I shared with 9 am Health professionals, I trust them with my diabetes management journey. They are real, caring, professional, non-judgmental, responsive and transparent.

I got to say I’ve had a very good experience with 9 AM health, I work in the healthcare profession, I am very reluctant to go to a physician, because it’s so hard to get an appointment!, and honestly, I like to keep my work life in my personal health issues separated. Anyway, I signed up for the 9 AM. Got my lab work done within a week and had medication‘s that I probably should’ve been on for the last 10 years, so convenient I really wish this had been available a long time ago.

Our overall experience is a 5 star one. My husband and I have been very satisfied with the quality of their patient care & customer service. Any time we have a question, the response is almost immediate. Everyone is so courteous and willing to help in every way. It sure beats the sad experiences at the doctors office. No need for long waits to get an appointment, at the waiting room, and to do it all over again just to get results of any tests done. With 9am.health, you get your results sent to your messages along with a recommendation in a very short time. Nothing beats that. They help you take control of your health in a very caring and professional way. In addition, the doctors prescribed medications if any, are delivered to your front door. This is perfect for busy persons that cannot take time off during regular business hours. Everything is done at your convenience. We simply love them!

Can't say enough good things about this company I wish all business and health care could follow in this companies and it's wonderful people's footsteps and model what they are trying to achieve I've never been listen to and heard like I do from them. My only sad thing is they don't accept insurance so I'm not able to use them no more at the moment but I will be back one day soon. Bless all of you kind people and I hope your example of what health care looks like reaches farther.
