When I signed up for 9amHealth, it was in hopes to receive support and guidance for my type 2 diabetes. Even though I had a diagnosis, my doctor was sending prior authorizations with them being denied for medication that I needed. Once I joined, and provided the needed lab results and documentation, it was smooth sailing from there. I received my medication within a couple of weeks and only pay $25 out of pocket for my glp1. I also receive ongoing support from the clinicians with regular messaging. It is important for people to understand these medications go hand in hand with diet and exercise and are not to be used as a way to be “skinny” they should be used to be healthy and help combat weight related issues and aid in weightloss. Thanks 9am for all of the support and encouragement!!

Every person I’ve worked with at 9AM Health has been thoughtful, knowledgeable and kind. Each seems genuinely invested in my successes and cares about my safety and well-being. In a world of impersonal, factory style medicine, 9AM health is a refreshing change.

Every person on the team are positive and are very helpful motivators! I have been consistently losing weight die to the great exercise and nutrition advice!
