Very easy to understand this site for everyone.

You order an eSIM, and they provide an old QR code that doesn't work. Customer service doesn't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages!!! Twelve hours later, I receive a rude message saying they can't do anything for me and that they don't intend to refund the money. It's not so much about the money, but about the principle. You don't encounter such cheap scams every day.

I was surprised with the high quality internet experience, had such a terrible experience with a lot of other esims, but this one I couldn't recommend more, not mentioning the perfect support that they gave me in the middle of the night.
