When I went to the irs installment…
When I went to the irs installment payment website it said it was unavailable and redirected me to you . You charged me 199 $ to set up a payment plan that I could have done on my own if you didn’t hijack the payment site . I paid them last year so now I see that you’re just screwing people and you suck !

My issue with M&T Bank has not been addressed.They continue to send mail.

You charged me for nothing
You charged me for nothing. The IRS form you sent me was only 1 of 2 pages. The page you sent ne was filled out incorrectly by you My wife went on line and got approved for a payment schedule without the use of any form. Since you provided me nothing of value you should voluntarily refund the money I paid you before myI am forced to sue you!
