My concern is the turn around time from receiving the application to sign to what is next steps,am l just waiting to hear from 97tax.com or IRS.

Your company 97 tax files a form for a…
Your company 97 tax files a form for a person which was my first stupid mistake was to go through someone and pay them just to mail a form then no follow through no updates. Nothing I find this to be completely worthless and very expensive not worth it.

Still have not received a response from…
Still have not received a response from the IRS. The form submitted was printed and processed by your group an we took it up to our local post office and to this date, we have not received a response. After the money we paid for this service, which we do not have, Thank you for no help.

They typically take several weeks to process payment plan applications, and their response comes directly from the IRS by mail, not from 97tax. Your application was completed correctly on our end.
