Here's my personal experience. Its the second time I've purchased from them. This time though the order i placed was not in stock with them what I truly liked was they called me to offer an alternative and let me decide for myself. I'm really happy with how I was treated and it helps me have faith in them. I'd definitely recommend them purely because of the experience I had dealing with them. Surprisingly they also delivered on a Sunday for me as a special case. I'm a happy customer and my review is purely my opinion.

My wife and I have both filed complaints regarding our own experience with the company. We believe it is important for other affected customers to keep all evidence, including payment receipts, order details, invoices, WhatsApp messages, emails, delivery promises, and screenshots of conversations, when making a complaint. If you believe you have been affected, don’t stay silent. Report your individual experience through the proper authorities so that it can be investigated. Has anyone been able to get their refunds?

I paid for a phone on 1st August and until now it’s not yet delivered. The team lacks communication & even when I cancelled the order, they said they’ll refund my money with 3 days. It’s not yet refunded now on the 5th day. This company is for summers. Be ware This is the number they use to scum +971509716630

Had to provide one star as minus five stars wasn’t available. In my experience I would never use this online company again due to no communication, no delivery of items, and the only way to communicate is through an Ai Bot on WhatsApp. I am now fighting with my bank to get the money back as this company refuses to reply to emails or messaging on WhatsApp when the Ai Boy says they have escalated my complaint. Have found the whole experience frustrating, hence now writing a review on any platform to try and get the attention of the management of this company to either provide me the goods I ordered or give a full refund.

WARNING — DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE Based on my experience, this website shows clear signs of fraud. I paid for Order #ORD-110776, but the order was never shipped, no tracking number was provided, and nobody responded to my emails, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls. After taking my payment, the order page became unavailable and now shows “404 Not Found.” I was also informed by my bank that a debit authorization had been linked to my account, which forced the bank to freeze my card, issue a replacement, and refer the matter to its fraud department. I have filed an official eCrime report with the UAE Ministry of Interior, and the case is currently under review. Do not enter your card or bank details on this website. Do not buy from them. My experience has been extremely alarming, and I am still trying to recover my money.

Unfortunately, my experience with 971Nerds has been very disappointing. I placed Order #110119, but the delivery has been significantly delayed beyond the promised timeframe. I have contacted the company multiple times by phone, WhatsApp, and email, but I have received no response or update regarding my order. Due to the lack of communication, I have been forced to file a complaint with Dubai Consumer Protection. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and delivery commitment in the future.
