I strongly advise any serious eCommerce seller to stay far away from 8fig. After weeks of back-and-forth, full financial disclosures, and signed documents, they pulled my funding the day before it was supposed to be finalized—with no prior warning, no communication, and no regard for the massive operational damage they caused. Their underwriting team waited until the last minute to reject my application, despite previously indicating everything was on track. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it completely derailed my ability to replenish Amazon inventory and put existing supplier contracts at risk. If you’re relying on their funding to scale, don’t. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic communication from 8fig is astonishing. It took hours of chasing them down just to get a response. And from speaking with my network of seven- and eight-figure sellers, my experience isn’t an isolated one—this company has a reputation for stringing sellers along before pulling the rug out at the last second.
