Would not recommend 8fig, just how I wouldn't recommend anyone willingly contract a debilitating disease. Because that's what working with these folk is like, i.e., instead of getting the breathing room you think your business will get from the 'cash flow' injection, they will wipe away all your profits in manners that will blow your mind, and then your first new born with it. Run for the hills, get on the next rocket to Mars, or do anything else BUT sign up with these guys. I say this after 2.5 years of absolutely pain, misery and torture they put us through.

Let’s start with two things: they’re not American, they’re Israeli, from their CEO Yaron Shapiro who sits in Tel Aviv to all the C-suite, and that should tell you all you need to know to avoid these loan sharks…but if that isn’t enough, here’s what went down with us and what my experience was: My experience with 8fig was extraordinarily frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. It is a financing relationship I deeply regret, and I would never choose to work with them again. Our funding was cut off for more than a year while we continued making payments to 8fig. The funding was withdrawn after what felt like an extremely aggressive and opaque approach to changing and manipulating the rates. The terms became difficult to understand, and the portal never aligned with the amounts 8fig appeared to expect us to pay. We were left without a reliable, transparent payment schedule, making it extremely difficult to understand our obligations or plan responsibly. At the same time, our business was struggling with shortages of our main product. I repeatedly explained the obvious consequences: without inventory, we could not fulfil orders, generate sales, or rebuild the business. Despite this, 8fig showed little apparent interest in understanding the commercial reality we were facing or finding a payment arrangement that reflected what the business could realistically afford. I shared financial analyses, explained our circumstances in detail, and repeatedly asked for a workable path forward. Instead of receiving timely, practical support, I spent weeks chasing updates while being told that a solution was supposedly being explored internally. During that time, the situation continued to deteriorate, and the pressure on the business became even more severe. The communication was particularly poor. On one scheduled call, I waited approximately 35 minutes without their representative joining, then had to follow up again to arrange another conversation. That level of disorganisation and disregard was unacceptable, especially when we were dealing with serious financial pressure and trying to keep the business operating. I found 8fig’s approach dismissive, opaque, and completely lacking the urgency our circumstances required. We needed clear answers, accurate figures, a transparent payment schedule, and genuine engagement. Instead, it felt as though we were left to struggle while 8fig focused on extracting payments rather than helping us find a sustainable way to continue operating. The overall experience left me feeling that 8fig wanted to exert control over our business rather than act as a responsible financing partner. I understand that financing comes with repayment obligations, but professionalism also requires clarity, consistency, responsiveness, and a willingness to engage constructively when circumstances change. In my experience, 8fig fell badly short on every one of those points. This relationship added enormous stress during an already difficult period and left me with no confidence in 8fig’s transparency, communication, or judgment. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend 8fig to another business owner who is in the e-commerce space. There’s Shopify capital, wayflyer, others that are way way way more honest and upstanding compared to these Israeli scammers.

When we were working with them, all kinds of strange things happened. That had some secretive hardships apparently, and lied to their customers. Thats fine. But years after we stopped working with them they withdrew money from our bank account. Nobody is answering. Thieves!

Run! You will be sorry that you signed up with them. They will mark your payments past due even if you can show they cleared your bank. They will send you statements that contradict their platform and then send you into default. Here is the kicker, they know that there is a glitch in their system and will still attempt to bully you into paying amounts that you don't even owe. Don't get me started on them telling you they are going to take out one amount daily and then find out they are trying to run huge amounts through your account per day. Im talking thousands of dollars and causing NSF fees left and right.

Scammers that's the best way to describe them they will charge you unknowingly for a subscription fees of 200$ and make excuses upon refund and for cancellation of subscription beware of these people.

Be weary of the nice reviews. They ask you to review as soon as you get funding - which they make too easy, for good reason. The problems only start to begin after this point. They will bully you into their terms if you miss 1 payment with absolutely insane fees and aggressive tactics. Extremely predatory lending. Rude employees. Run, dont walk away from this company. We paid off our debt months ago and they still have holds placed on our accounts. Nearly killed our business. These guys should be investigated by the FTC for breaking Usury laws.

Ease of getting initial cash: no problem. However, even if you are pre-approved for cash at a later date, they will pull that away from you as close as a few days to the deposit. If you're looking for consistent and reliable business funding, look elsewhere. This company will drive you crazy with its constant contract updates, daily payment demand (which changes), and total lack of communication. Company has no US-based customer service people, and even then, responses to questions and requests are almost never given to you. At one point, they threatened to put me in collections, even though I wasn't past due. They also blocked my payouts from multiple sales channels with their UCC lien, and again, I hadn't been past due. Recently, I paid off my account via wire transfer, and they are still pulling payments from my company. Very shady. I strongly recommend looking somewhere else.
