8ballpoolReviews of 8ballpool.com

Um, 8 ball pool is awesome, but I have a few ideas...can we make it possible to give a player one of your cues...maybe not a legendary cue, but one of the other ones? Also, make "chalk" more accessable...we've found out a way to give coins away bye intentionally losing to another player, but it'd be sooo cool if we could give each other cues..all in all though, definitely five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars!

Title: 20 Days and Still No Human Response - Worst Support EverReview:I have been trying to recover my Level 153 account for over 20 days now. Every time I open a ticket or send an email, I am blocked by your useless automated bot system. No real human support agent is reviewing my case.My Facebook linking creates a completely blank Level 2 profile instead of loading my years of hard work and progress. I have already submitted absolute visual proof (screenshots) of my high-level account ownership, club details, and profile stats, but your support team completely ignores genuine players. Please route this to an actual human agent who can fix this technical glitch and link my data manually to a secure login. My Lost Account ID: 179-312-607-0 (Level 153)Ticket Reference:

The cheating problem in 8 Ball Pool is getting worse, and it's driving legitimate players away from the game. Many of us have spent real money because we enjoy the game and want to support Miniclip, but it feels like paying customers are being ignored while cheaters continue to ruin matches. If a player loses coins because of a confirmed cheater, those coins should be returned automatically. Honest players should not be punished for someone else's rule-breaking. At this point, I think players should stop spending money on cues, coins, and other extras until Miniclip takes stronger action against cheaters and starts restoring losses caused by them. Fair play should be the foundation of any competitive game, especially one that asks players to spend real money. Fix the cheating problem and return lost coins.

Spam fraud and cheating themselves.

The game is absolutely full of cheats, you have an option to report cheats, but even if you bother, nothing happens to them they are still cheating a week or so later. Please please do not spend money on this game it’s absolutely pointless exercise. How Miniclip are still trading I have no idea, they do not care about the players,if you lose money playing the game you get nothing back. Please do yourself a favour,do not play this game, and definitely do not spend money on it. Miniclip is the worst company on the planet,no support,no morals, just stay away from the game.

The game is full of cheats,Miniclip do absolutely nothing about removing the cheats, they have a report option on the game, the same players are still cheating over a week later. Under no circumstances spend money on this game,it’s an utter waste of money, I’m surprised google haven’t removed the game from the search engine, the game is untrustworthy and unplayable. Do not waste your time even playing it.

I’ve had enough of this game. It used to be fun, but lately it feels like there are too many hackers and suspicious players. Matches often seem unfair, and reporting these issues doesn’t appear to make much difference. It’s frustrating because the game itself has great potential, but the overall experience has become disappointing. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it.
