For some reason when I open the app I go straight to a drop down pop-up called “unlock a new quest” which is to do with animated avatars. The exit button (red box, white arrow, top right hand corner) does not work. I simply cannot get rid of the screen to access games. The Miniclip support requires my ID which I can’t get to because I am stuck on this bl**dy screen. Can anyone help please.

What a joke, this is a game for cheats, bots and computers. When you play 30 million games and above, you only play bots and cheats. Minicrap do nothing because they take your money. Do not install 8 ball pool. I nearly called it a game, a game it isn't, this has been ongoing for years and minicrap have nothing to stop the cheats

A rubbish horrible game that has cheats galore bots ghost balls playing players levels above you full of ridiculous spam adds that never stop the game is a cash grab and one I do not recommend better pool games out there wouldn’t rate it one star if I could.

game is full of cheats dont waste your time and money. Its unfortunate as the game can be enjoyable. But rampant cheating from Bots robs all your coins and customer service wont do a thing about it This was the response i got from them "Also please bear in mind that for data protection and security reasons, we are unable to disclose the results of your reports. For these same reasons, we are unable to provide individual compensation" But they will gladly take money
