Order was delivered to wrong address , picture sent is not my location, support not responding , I just want my funds returned now , only ordered for a event this weekend , yes and UPS sent a picture of the wrong home I can provide proof I ain’t a loser who lies this has happened many times with UPS and if you look at my case message you would know that I said “I don’t know why you guys use UPS” but like I said I can provide picture that address is not my home period

I had purchased 2 hoodies from this place. I have been looking for 100% cotton garments for a while, I know there are a few other companies but I decided to try this one. There are good and not so great things to say about them, the good is that the hoodie were decently thick, sizing is a bit off though and you should up size. My blue hoodie came with a small hole I'm it which I had to try to sew, I didn't have blue string so it looks kind of weird and with my ocd it bothers me. The other one I got shrunk a lot in the wash. I have to hand wash and dry them which is a lot of work, they are so heavy when wet and it's inconvenient for me to hand wash all the time , so it makes me not want to wear it much. Though I do like the color and it is comfortable. I bought 2 times on their site. The second time I noticed not only did they raise the shipping price, they raised the price of their products. Then they say they have a sale, but with the sale it's the same price as it was originally? That's not really a sale. It felt greedy that they were doing what other companies do, as soon as they make a few sales they raise their price. They were affordable before but now not so much. I understand how companies work since I had my own, but I just wasn't super happy with them. I don't hate their clothing but I'm am iffy if I will purchase again. Just having to pay so much shipping and they are out of the sizes I want just not sure how worth it it really is. Really wanted to like them more, love the 100% cotton because polyester makes my skin itchy sometimes. If they come back with larger sizes and more colors I might give them another try, but I am on the fence. I'll be generous with 3 stars but it's kind of a 2 1/2-3 1/2ish.
