This is the third time I ordered from you. I love your CBD roll on topical pain gel. The first two times it took almost two months to get the product, but this time it came within a few days!! I was very excited. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I called three times and emailed two times about the picture you had for the 400 mg gel. Your picture showed 200 mg and I wanted to be sure that I was getting the correct dosage. I did, but it would have been nice to get a response from my inquiries. I will definitely order again, but you should improve your customer service the way you did your delivery time. Thank you.

Website is easy and ordering also simple even sent a invoice with the order that stated what was ordered , but a different product was packaged and delivered. CBD vape cartridge ordered tropical haze and recieved strawnana.

No info given in regards to mail delivery. UPS tracking? CBD container leaked inside packaging, outside of bottle and on packing slip.

I would not reorder this product: 1. Not sure how effective this product is. Ordered gummies from another source and found them to be more noticeably effective against anxiety. 2. The bulb on the dropper was not robust enough to withstand traveling in my backpack. It separated from the dropper and the contents of the bottle drained into my backpack. 3. The QR code on the box did not take me to "Lab Results," as labeled. It led to a dead end.

This product works really well. Very helpful for pinched nerve pain. The packaging isn't great and leaks A LOT. Also, I never received a response from their customer service when I requested information on if it would be as effective with so much product leakage. Maybe buy in-store rather than ship?

Great product. Pain relief in my knees is quick. Arrived 2 days ahead of scheduled delivery.
