The product is great but I have not been able to buy the gel roll-on for over a year. It is consistently in a "Sold Out" status! A long time ago sent a response request to them via Facebook as to when it would be available again and have not even received a response.

I place an order online, never received email confirmation of order, nor that had shipped. Thought it got lost so placed a 2nd order for another bottle of 1000 mg isolate drops. Same thing - not info. Tried contacting customer service via your website and kept telling me error, try again later. Tried calling and no answer. finally got product but one bottle was 500mg and other was 3000mg. If this is what you call good service then I want none of it.

I ordered about a week ago, got this email to review. Never got an acknowledgment of my order have no idea when it’s coming (or if it’s coming). Hope someone sees this and gets back to me, I wouldn’t have ordered it unless I needed it.

This is the third time I ordered from you. I love your CBD roll on topical pain gel. The first two times it took almost two months to get the product, but this time it came within a few days!! I was very excited. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I called three times and emailed two times about the picture you had for the 400 mg gel. Your picture showed 200 mg and I wanted to be sure that I was getting the correct dosage. I did, but it would have been nice to get a response from my inquiries. I will definitely order again, but you should improve your customer service the way you did your delivery time. Thank you.
