A great platform, a group of people who wants to help others.

I signed up to learn more about 7 cups, typed in my bank details automatically and had not realised this meant an automatic payment of 150. Tried to get in contact for a refund but have had no response for over a month now. The phone number doesnt work and all emails get ignored. All services should offer a cooling of period. This company is in it purely for profit. AVOID.

I've discovered so much at 7cups, really this is a marvelous journey I've learnt so much about myself and that the people I listen to are so very kind people they are willing to learn and help themselves they are so kind we talk for days, I couldn't be more happy thank you 7cups for doing what you do.🥰🤗

7Cups is a community, comprised of mostly volunteers, that really prioritizes mental health support for all. At the core of it, 7Cups connects anyone to a trained volunteer to talk about whatever is troubling them at that particular point in time.

I am happy I have found a place to help others and have a great support team to help me.

I am a verified listener at 7cups. I joined the community on July the 16th 2021. Since then I have gone through the journey of listening to my member/guest friends providing much needed support and in the process gaining an insight into different conditions, feelings, coping techniques etc. The 7cups community has been very helpful and supportive of me (especially my fellow listeners &mentors). I would definitely recommend this website to anyone who wants to talk in a non-judgmental, anonymous online space and anyone who wants to provide listen to and support all the beautiful people around the world who may need it. I believe that listening is a very powerful force which has the potential to bring us together and have a profound positive impact on the world.
