Exceptional
Other than the wait for my item I am more than satisfied with my purchase-the length of the bracelet is longer than I normally wear-wouldn’t mind if it was shorter. Customer service is exceptional and I foresee making another purchase in the future. Highly recommend 79karat.

It took a few tries to get the correct size clover necklace I ordered, but Alison was responsive and made things right in the end. Shipping times can take a while but they are transparent about that. The necklace is adorable and very reasonably priced. Buy with confidence.

Exactly what I was looking for
Exactly what I was looking for. Amazing quality and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I have small wrists and the 17 was a LITTLE loose but it still fits nicely.

Great piece and customer service
First of all, I want rave about the customer service. I had a discount code that I forgot to use but Allison told me should we refund me the difference once I got the bracelet and she did. She also kept me informed about the process of creating the piece and shipping, which I appreciated. The bracelet arrive and it’s perfect!
