The UPS driver delivered my package one street over, and when they gave me trouble about it, I opened a help ticket with 6DollarShirts. They answered immediately, opened a complaint with UPS that go me further than I could get on my own, and were about ready to send me a replacement when the package was found. Fantastic customer service.

I have just received my 10 six dollar T-shirts and I just wanted to say how pleased I am with them all! It's always a bit worrying when ordering stuff off the internet, especially from a new company, but I am not disappointed at all! The quality, design and colours are all that I had hope for and expected. I am going home to Brazil over Christmas and it is difficult to find unique and quality T-shirts such as yours in Ireland at this time of year. They shipped four shirts of various sizes (none of which were correct). After filling out an extensive return slip (with all the information any well run company would have on file) and paying to ship the shirts back, they returned the SAME package with all the same messed up shirts. At this point the cost of return shipping exceeds the value of the shirts and I have a package of $50 rags.

We are always sorry whenever a customer's shopping experience is anything less than fun and resulting in a great value. When a mistake is made on an order, a customer may send us a photo of the wrongly sized shirt's tag, and we immediately send out a replacement. However in this case, the customer sent the package back containing a completely different name and information than on the original order, so we had no way of determining the order with which it was associated. Since there was no other information in or on the package, the only option was to return it. We still stand by our offer to provide replacements free of charge if the sizes were indeed incorrect. All we need is a photograph of the shirts with the tags showing the incorrect sizes, and we will gladly do so.

I ordered from this company a month ago. I had to email them to request an update and then they sent me the tracking number. Most companies do that up front. Then they sent me the address they shipped it to and it only had my town on it and not the actual address. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I would need to pay shipping again when it was their mistake

Since this issue was due in part to our oversight, we sent out a replacement FREE OF CHARGE. In the case of this order, the original order had incomplete shipping information, resulting in the package not being able to be delivered. Our shipping department did not catch this issue before shipping, so we certainly apologize for the oversight. Unfortunately it is not possible to reroute our international shipments. So, we sent out a replacement completely free of charge. We appreciate all of our customers' business, and hope that by sending out the free replacement we have resolved the issue :)

I got a few shirts that were printed really crooked, I emailed customer service about them, and after a few emails, they sent replacements out, before I knew it, they were waiting for me when I got home from work.

I ordered 10 shirts, 5 that I picked and 5 mystery random shirts for half the price. I got exactly what I ordered, and my 5 mystery shirts all fit the general "mindset" of the 5 shirts I did choose. The order took about 3 weeks to get to Canada, but unfortunately there's no tracking, so I contacted their customer support, and they got back to me within 5 minutes of me asking my question. The shirts all arrived in perfect condition. I washed them all at least 10 times, inside out with cold water, and dried on low heat, and none of them lost color or got damaged. The shirts' quality seems to be on par with my 25$ shirts. Would reccomend.

We purchased 10 shirts for my 13 yr. old son and he has gotten a lot of attention because the shirts are so amusing. Stack of pancakes is his favorite. I reported 2 shirts where the hem came undone after I washed them. I appreciated the online communication of the staff of $6 shirts...they were on it quickly sending the replacements immediately. We check back often to look for new shirts and have some in mind to order soon.

I have ordered from them twice, the first time being about 2 months ago. I received my tracking number in a timely manner and received the order in a timely manner as well. The second time I ordered the post office lost the package and the customer service representative who was emailing me was very professional and had a new package shipped out the next day. They're a great company that I will continue to order from!
