These insulation cups are beautiful! I have 2 and just ordered one for my daughter! The 20oz is perfect size for big-large coffee, hot or cold! My order arrived fast and it look just like it said it would. I would definitely order again and recommend anyone to order become it was worth it.

I put in the order and received notification right away, then 2 weeks went by with no shipping notification. I had to email customer service to find out if the mug was shipped. It did not ship until I sent the email. The tracking number I received in an email had no information until May 18 and said it would be delivered May 21. I did get it yesterday, May 19. I love the mug, it's a great product, I just wish shipping communication went smoother.
