I bought a personalized tumbler a few weeks ago. I just received it yesterday and I have to say, I love it! The hippie design and saying on the back are awesome. The tumbler is good heavy quality. The packaging was perfect. The entire time from when the order was first placed, I would get periodic emails just letting me know the status along the way. That is super service as I didn't have to wonder where it was or what the status was. Not sure why you use DHL though, I've never had a good experience with quick shipping with them.

I absolutely love my Mug, water bottle and my travel mug. They are as described and pictured.

Order process was easy, product arrived in a timely manner. Water bottles are beautiful! Heavier than I was expecting so I hope the water stays cold a long time. We haven't used them yet but they arrived in one piece and beautifully printed.

I ordered and paid for 5 tumblers on April 30th. I received 1 on Monday May 17th. I want to know where my other 4 are. These were Mother's Day and birthday gifts. I paid through PayPal.

I love my camping tumbler. Pretty colors! Its a little wobbly but I would definitely buy again.
