Overall, it was average. I have had better experiences for personal loans. 1. Could never reach anyone by phone. 2. Funds were not deposited when I was told they would be. In fact, the fund arrived two days later. This was right at Christmas, so it was very inconvenient. Because of these two things, I began to worry I had been the victim of some sort of fraud.
